Carolyn, Thank you! I have NOT logged in on Just a pinch in years. Sorry to hear about the weeping. I do have a patent on my secret ingredient that has not come through yet. Any meringue should work make sure you do not over beat your meringue. Post a picture I would love to see your yummy pie... I LOVE CHOCOLATE!

Just made this pie and it is delicious. What is the secret to making the meringue so high? Mine deflated and weeped.
