My Granddaughter and I.....I also have 2 more granddaughters and 9 grandsons and one Great-granddaughter, oh and 5 kids...lol. I have some health and memory issues due to a sudden death cardiac arrest where I was dead for 8 minutes and I fought obesity most of my life. I have lost a ton of weight and now food has no appeal to me, so I am looking for quick and easy recipes as it is just the hubby and me most of the time. He will eat anything. I, however hate all fish and vegetables except lettuce, raw carrots and corn and I will eat tomato if it is in a sauce (Spaghetti, Pizza etc.)
