I've always loved cooking but recently got into baking as well. My favorite dishes are Italian and Cajun! My favorite desert is apple pie! I am a retired truck driver, a father of 2, grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 1. I'm married 11 years to my wife Maddy and an Army Veteran of 3 years. We have 2 beagles 1 we got from a puppy ( Snowflake) and the other 1 is a rescue (Glory). Our life with food hasn't been the same since the dogs came to live with us! LOL I also like making my own seasonings and growing fresh herbs and veggies. Now that I'm retired I do some woodworking.
