( I have IBS and am diabetic) spend a lot of time cooking 2 meals or dividing a recipe in half and making one half as per recipe and the other half meeting the Canadian Digestive Ass'n's FODMAPs diet for IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and diabetic friendly at the same time.
