I am a retired art instructor and we live in Texas. I spend as much time as I can in the kitchen making our own bread, yogurt, kefir, lacto-fermented veggies (soon), pickles, sauerkraunt, Japanese pickles and other veggie snacks. I make our own homemade enchilada sauce, Mexican rice and chile rellenos handed down in our family.
I love to travel and wish we would do more of it!
