I had some baked potatoes left from Easter dinner so I cut them into cubes, I chopped and onion and sauted it in butter and olive oil until it was tender added the cubed potatoes and minced garlic to the onion the added some leftover chopped fresh spring green onion, salt and pepper and cooked until the potatoes where brown and heated through. My husband really enjoyed them as did I.
I had some leftover bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos so I boils some small seashell pasta, drained, chopped the stuffed jalapenos added to pasta, with that I added 1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup and about 3/4 cup of milk(didn't really measure just guessing), put back on medium heat and heated it through. That stuff was great with a smoky cheese flavor. From now on I will be sure to have extra stuffed jalapenos so I can make this recipe again
