I love love love creating new ooey gooey flavors. I have come up with 38 so far and counting. Some of my most popular are: double chocolate toffee, raspberry swirl, creme de menthe, pumpkin pecan, dreamsicle and chocolate covered strawberry. Would love ideas and thoughts on new flavors. I always add an extra egg to the bottom layer and watch closely on the cooking time to avoid over cooking.
After trying this 7 yrs ago, This will be my pumpkin pie recipe forever. I like how the crust is not as thick as a 9"x19" pan and it is so much easier than baking 3 pies. Delish! Pumpkin Gooey Butter Pie
