Novelty cake pan (bundt) Hansel and Gretl

Ladies and/or Gentleman,

I am baking a cake in this pan from Williams and Sonoma for the first time. Do I let it cool for ten minutes after baking before I turn it over?

Cake Pops, Etc.

I just joined the group and would like to learn how to make cake pops, truffles, etc. as I am putting them in a Cake Walk for United Way at work! Can't wait! I need something that is kind of fallish or Halloweenish as our Cake Walk is October 30th.

Cake balls, etc.

I'm so glad I found this group. Today I wanted to try to make cake balls for the first time, and to get ready to make something different for a Tea Party next month for our church (young and old) ladies. I love to cook and bake, and I'm usually the one family calls on to bake birthday, anniversary and other occasions cakes.
