Day 3 of 21

Sharing some of my other things I have been using to help with weight loss.

Braggs organic apple cider vinegar, nuts/seeds, Chia seeds, raw honey, Blue organic agave sweetner and lemon water.

What type of juicer do you like and why?

I have just ordered an Omega 6000 Masticating juicer. I would like to hear from anyone juicing. How about your favorite recipes. Have you added any wheatgrass, Spirulina, or barley grass. Know any good sources for these I am so excited to get started on a path to better health.

Good morning

I've just discovered something about my juicing that made ME not feel so good. I feel better without adding Citrus, or maybe I had too much. This time I juice this morning and everything is fine.
