1 Box of Macaroni and Cheese
1 Pound ground beef
1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 10.75 ounce can Tomato soup
Instructions: Brown beef on stove. Prepare macaroni per box instructions. When macaroni and beef are cooked, add cheese from boxed macaroni, canned tomatoes, and tomato soup to pan beef was cooked in. Season with pepper as desired. Let meld for 10-15 minutes on low. Serve with fresh fruit and vegetables.
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Freshly ground pepper
Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 and butter a casserole.
Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Whisk in flour until well mixed.
Whisk in milk and simmer until slightly thickened. Take off the heat and stir in cheese until smooth.
Spread cauliflower in the casserole and pour the cheese sauce on top. Grind some pepper over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, cool slightly and serve.

3 to 4 pound chuck roast
6 small red potatoes
3 large carrots
3 cups water
1 package beef gravy mix
[salt, pepper, garlic powder]
Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Quarter the potatoes and slice the carrots and onion into 2" pieces. Place all the vegetables on top of the roast.
Shake the dry gravy mix in a jar with the water, and pour over the roast. Set crock pot to high for 1 hour, then low for 5 hours.
My husband made this yesterday as I was sick. It was so good, lots of rich brown gravy and tender meat.
Holiday Cake Mix Cookie Bars
1/2 cup dry baking cocoa
12 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
7 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons vanilla
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and whisk until smooth.
Cook on low for up to 4 hours or on high for up to 2 hours.

•3 pounds of Boneless Chicken (I used half breast and half thigh)
•2 cans of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
•1 packet of Taco Seasoning
•about 1 cup of Chicken Broth
1.Pour the diced tomatoes into the slow cooker. Add the taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
2.Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
3.Pour chicken broth over the chicken until the chicken is submerged in the broth and tomato mixture. Stir to combine everything.
4.Put the lid on the slow cooker and set to low. After 4-5 hours the chicken will be fall apart tender.
5.Use a fork to remove the chicken from the slow cooker. Shred with two forks.
6.Use a slotted spoon to scoop the tomatoes out of the sauce, and add to the chicken. Add about 1 cup of the liquid from the slow cooker to the chicken and stir. I discarded the extra liquid in the slow cooker, and returned the chicken to the slow cooker and set to the keep warm setting during the party.

3 Bags Great Value Frozen Meatballs (Homestyle)
1 24 oz. Sour Cream
4 cans Beef Gravy
Mix gravy and sour cream together first. Add meatballs in and cover in sauce. Cook on low or high till heated through. Stir occasionally.
