An Alkalarion diet consists of 70 to 80% rich alkaline raw foods and 20 to 30% other foods in daily food intake. The 20-30% is foods like brown rice, flax, buckwheat, sprouted grains, almond milk, lentils, beans, nuts, whole wheat flour, fish etc.
This diet does not contain red meat, poultry or pig meat.
No dairy products such as yogurt, milk, cheeses, cottage cheese, formula etc.
No vinegars, pickles, or souring agents that cause fermenting.
It consists of doing a daily check of the body's pH using pH strips and adjusting the daily diet to increase the bodies pH level above 7.3
Most common foods that we think are healthy or balanced are acidic and are the main cause of sickness & disease.
Common foods in the Alkalarion diet are:
Bell peppers, onion, garlic, cabbage, celery, zucchini, cucumber, asparagus, fresh green beans, broccoli, fresh leaf spinach, tomatoes, cold pressed virgin olive oil, flax oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, REAL Salt, Himalayan salt, baking soda, cinnamon, beans, nuts, lentils, sprouts, dark green lettuce and much more...
Think of yourself as a swimming pool that needs to be pH balanced every day to keep sickness at bay.

1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup Braggs liquid amino
3 drops sriracha (Asian hot sauce)
1 or 2 drops of seseame seed oil.
Heat till warm, mix with rice or buckwheat noodles(soba).
I really missed my peanut noodles till I learned to tray ingredients for alkaline friendly ones!
Tip: take almond butter out of fridg 1 hour before use (it will be softer)
and add h2o as needed to thin sown mixture.
