Pumpkin everything is here! As I’ve said over the years, I’m obsessed. I eagerly await autumn really setting in so I can start baking with my favorite fall fruit. Here are a few pumpkin recipes I think your family will love (and none of them are for pie!).<\/p>\n

“These Caramel Pumpkin Rolls<\/a> are very delicious, a great dessert for fall baking,” thinks Carolynne Grogan<\/a> (Modesto, CA<\/a>). “They are best served warm, but we have reheated them in the oven for a few minutes and they are still yummy!”<\/p>\n

The aroma from these is so good, I was having a hard time not opening the oven door while they were baking. There’s just the right amount of ooey gooey filling inside and the caramel glaze on top is easy to make and delicious. A nice fall dessert or breakfast treat.<\/p>\n

If you love pumpkin, Tammy Wade’s<\/a> (Lee’s Summit, MO<\/a>) easy Cranberry Pumpkin Muffins<\/a> recipe is for you. The fall spices blend perfectly with the tart cranberries, sweet apples, and crunchy walnuts.<\/p>\n

Don’t be concerned about the lack of eggs in this recipe. The pumpkin is a great healthy substitute that adds to the overall flavor. This would be a delicious Thanksgiving breakfast.<\/p>\n

Chocolate chip cookies are always a favorite in my house. But during the fall, I love to amp up the fall flavor and make Sheila Devor’s<\/a> (Towanda, KS<\/a>) Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Such a moist, flavorful cookie, with a touch of chocolate,” is how Shelia describes the cookie. “Absolutely delicious!”<\/p>\n

Even people that don’t care for pumpkin will like this one, I think. The cookie’s soft and delicate with a slight pumpkin flavor. It doesn’t have the typical spices, just cinnamon. Oats add a little texture and chocolate chips are a great complement to the pumpkin flavor. This recipe makes a lot of cookies so freeze any extras for when you want something pumpkin.<\/p>\n

Terrie Hoelscher’s<\/a> (Harpers Ferry, WV<\/a>) Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars<\/a> are perfect with tea on a fall afternoon. “They are moist, lightly spiced, and have just the right amount of sweetness,” shares Terrie. “No need for frosting… just cool, cut and serve!” <\/p>\n

What I love most about these bars is that they’re filled with pumpkin flavor and easy to make. We’ve put together a video so you can see how they are prepared (watch it here<\/a>). These are filled with pumpkin flavor.<\/p>\n

“I was thinking about an individual pumpkin bread, something easy-to-serve, so decided to try this change to my favorite biscuit recipe,” explains Sandi Weiso Brown<\/a> (Spruce, MI<\/a>). “Very moist and lightly sweet, unless you add a topping or sweet extra!”<\/p>\n

I loved the twist for these light Pumpkin Whole Wheat Fluffy Biscuits<\/a>. In the Test Kitchen, we opted for the pumpkin powdered sugar icing and highly suggest trying that version. You won’t be disappointed. Short on time, the caramel maple syrup glaze would be fabulous too.<\/p>\n

Stefanie Wilson’s<\/a> (Lookout Mountain, GA<\/a>) Pumpkin Cobbler<\/a> is going to become your go-to fall dessert. “I was never much of one to like pumpkin anything… but this is absolutely wonderful,” says Stefanie.<\/p>\n

Wonderful is an understatement. The cobbler doesn’t have the typical pumpkin pie spices which is a nice change to typical pumpkin desserts. Buttery and sweet, the crust is a delicious foundation for the creamy pumpkin mixture and slightly crunchy topping.<\/p>\n
