Skinless chicken thighs are also a terrific option as they are high in protein, Vitamin B, phosphorus (necessary to keep bones strong), and zinc (an essential nutrient for the body). While chicken thighs are higher in fat than chicken breasts, they&#8217;re high in monounsaturated fats (aka the healthy fat). But don&#8217;t fear the family thinking it&#8217;s a boring chicken meal when they ask what&#8217;s for dinner. It&#8217;s true, chicken alone may be a bit bland.
