While they are a higher fat fruit, it&#8217;s full of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. To <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justapinch.com\/blog\/articles\/read\/188900\/why-you-should-incorporate-avocados-into-your-diet\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">incorporate avocado&#8217;s into your diet<\/a>, make a big batch of guacamole.
