Spray a skillet with cooking spray and turn heat to medium-high.
Crack egg into skillet and turn heat to low. If you're using an electric stove, you may have to take your skillet off the heat to prevent the egg from immediately frying.
Lightly sprinkle with salt.
By shaking the pan or using a spatula, gently move egg around in pan. Cook until egg white completely cooked and yolk thickens but not hard.
