Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lbs. cooked turkey, bones removed and cut up
2 lbs. frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
two 10.5-oz cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into bite size chunks
1 Tbs. sage

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together and put into a crockpot or oven. Heat until hot and cheese is melted.
