1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick ) of butter, melted

    WITHOUT A DOUBT, in my over 47 years of cooking, I have never had such awesome mac n cheese. I do not use the crockpot, just the oven and a 13 x 9 glass baker or even larger. Don't bother with others...she hit the nail on the head here!
