    To answer LittleMiMi's question is U can use Regular Flour. I've made this Pie. .2 yrs in a Row..and everybody I know,loves it. For the Holidays..
    I usually just make Sweet Potatoe Tradition. But I also make these Buttermilk Pies. .and even tho both types of Pies are Good..the Buttermilk Pie goes QUICKER.... than the Sweet Potato Pies.
