chicken or vegetable broth
salt and black pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to the soup pot.
Boil until squash is tender.
Reserving broth, transfer squash and garlic to blender.
Blend until smooth - add broth to blender if necessary.You may need to do this in two steps depending upon the size of your blender.
Return the squash to the broth, stir it together.
You may want to garnish with a dollop of greek yogurt.
