I am a vegetarian wantabe I try not to eat meat but sometimes I just can't help myself :-)This is a delicious Soup even my picky husband likes.

no salt added whole kernal corn

no salt added cream of corn
2 can(s)
diced no salt added tomatoes
2 can(s)
no salt added string beans
2 can(s)
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 can(s)
2 cans sliced carrots
2 can(s)
no salt added spinach
2 can(s)
slices carrots
1 pkg
frozen butter beans
1 pkg
frozen dixie lee or field peas
2 can(s)

garden peas
sweet onion
garlic cloves
2 Tbsp
olive oil, light

irish potatoes diced

Directions Step-By-Step

use at least half,more if you can of no salt added veggies. you can use fresh or frozen veggies but it will add to the prep & cooking time.
open cans & put veggies in a large roaster pan,take your hand & kinda smoosh the stewed tomatoes & ocra, peel & dice onion & garlic& stir it all together, rinse cans & add a little water if needed,cook in oven on 375 until hot & flavors are blended, add olive oil after you turn oven off.
