Ingredients

1 c
cauliflower
1 c
squash
1 c
zuchinni
1 c
carrots
1/2 c
tomatoes
1/2 c
green peppers
1/2 c
onions
3
garlic cloves
1/2 stick
butter
4 c
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
complete seasoning
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 c
fresh cilantro

In a large pot, gently boil everything

when fork tender, set aside, let cool

with a slotted spoon, put all the veggies in a food processor and puree, add butter, salt/pepper
