- brown rice, quick-cooking, vegetable and herb flavored

- 4 Tbsp
- soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 1 tsp
- lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c
- mung bean sprouts
1Cook contents of box according to package directions.
2Add the soy sauce, oil and lemon juice; stir and let simmer 5 minutes more.
3Add the sprouts and just heat through.
4More soy sauce may be added to taste.
