Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup

This soup is a favorite at my house and so easy to make. Start the soup after breakfast and your dinner is ready with no effort. A pan of cornbread is very good with this soup.

cubed lean beef stew meat
1 can(s)
15 ounce whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can(s)
15 ounce green beans
1 can(s)
15 ounce carrots with juice
1 can(s)
15 ounce sliced potatoes wit juice
1 pkg
1.25 ounce pkg. beef with onion soup mix
1 can(s)
28 ounce crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Place meat, corn, green beans, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, sop mix, and salt and pepper to taste into the slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6 or 7 hours. Add water if necessary. I never need to add water.
