This is an old recipe from my grandmother. I tweaked a few things as I was making it one cold, rainy day and wah-lah! A sensational hit! We ate every bit :)

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs
ground chuck
1 c
onion, chopped
1 c
celery, chopped
2 c
potatoes, diced
1 c
carrots, chopped
4 c
beef broth
2 c
chicken broth
2 c
water
1 can(s)
green beans
1 can(s)
stewed tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
dash(es)
cumin

Step-By-Step

1Cook ground beef, onions, and celery until vegetables are soft and beef is browned. Drain.
2While beef is cooking, add all other ingredients into crockpot while temp is set to high.
3Add beef,vegetable mixture to crockpot. Reduce to low and cook 8 to 10 hours. Serve with cornbread for optimal finish!
