2 lg white potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
4 lg tomatoes, cored and cut into 1-inch chunks
4 md carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
3 md zucchini, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 md green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
2 md onions, coarsely chopped
3 md garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp iodized, salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
2 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes

Directions
