Ingredients

1 can(s)
15 oz can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
1 medium
brown onion chopped
1 pkg
frozen corn, 6-8 oz.
8 oz
chicken broth
2 Tbsp
butter
8 oz
half and half
3 sprig(s)
fresh tarragon, or tsp of dried
pinch
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1melt butter in large pan and saute the onions until golden.
2add chicken broth, corn and pumpkin puree, bring to a boil
3reduce heat, add tarragon, half and half, and salt and pepper. simmer about 10 minutes. Serve.
