- swansons chicken broth
- potatoes, red or baking?
- tube of bob evans italian sausage
- cream style corn
- 1 can
- whole sweet corn
- cans evaporated milk
- 1 c
- instant mashed potatoes?? optional to thicken
- 4 c
1Pour chicken broth and water into soup pan ,wash and cut up potatoes into bite size pieces, add and boil until done.
while potatoes are cooking, brown sausage in skillet until browned and use spatchula to chop in small peices .. DRAIN.. When potatoes are done add drained sausage, add 1 can of cream corn, 1 can drained sweet corn , 2 cans of Carnation evaporated milk... Salt and pepper to taste I add a little basil (OPTIONAL).. To thicken add 1 cup of instant potatoes and stir until thickened, simmer and serve.. My Family loves this..Very filling..
2If you want you can use 2 boxes of broth instead of water just enough to cover potaoes, once you add the other ingredients you will have a full pot..
