Ingredients For peggi's baked potato soup

4 lgbaked potatoes

2/3 cmelted butter,

salt & pepper

2/3 cflour.

6 cmilk
-
4green onions, chopped fine
-
10 slicebacon, cooked & crumbled

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 1/2 cshredded cheese
-
8 ozsour cream
How To Make peggi's baked potato soup

1SCOOP OUT INSIDES OF BAKED POTATOES. SET ASIDE.

2COOK UNTIL SMOOTH (ABOUT 1 MINUTE), MELTED BUTTER, SALT & PEPPER, FLOUR.

3ADD MILK.

4COOK BACON, ALONG WITH GARLIC IN SKILLET.

5TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE, STIR IN: THE POTATO INNARDS, GREEN ONIONS, BACON MIXTURE, & SHREDDED CHEESE.

6COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL FLAVORS ARE MARRIED TOGETHER, ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES.

7ADD SOUR CREAM LAST & REMOVE FROM HEAT.
