Ingredients

1 medium
onion, chopped
1/2 lb
fresh sliced mushrooms
4 c
beef broth, canned
1 pinch
nutmeg
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
flour
1 c
heavy cream
pinch
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cook onion in butter until brown. Add mushrooms. Stir until done. Add flour and coat mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beef broth. Cook 10 min. DO NOT BOIL. Add cream and spices. Stir and serve.
