chop potatoes into bite size pieces and add potatoes to enough water to generously cover them.
Boil until potatoes are tender.
Mix flour with one cup of water and slowly pour into boiling potato and stir until thickened.
Cut up peeled boiled eggs into slices and add to soup.
Garnish with sour cream and your choice of cheese if desired.
