My family loves my soup and it is so delicious and tasty. It will be good for cold weather and keep you warm. It's good to eat cornbread with soup

Ingredients

2 lb
ground chuck or beef stew meat, cooked

small bags frozen mixed vegetables
1
big can of whole tomatoes, cut it up
1
small can of tomato paste

potatoes, cubes
water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown the ground chuck. Drain off fat. Put the ground chuck in a large pot. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes and put in the pot. Add mixed vegetables, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper and mix well. Add 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce medium-low heat. Cook for 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
