Ham with Vegetable's Soup

My husband and I stopped at a little Mom & Pop's restaurant, recently, in Forest, FL and they had this soup. It was so good that I came home and made my rendition of it. I like it, and I hope you do, too.

8 oz
country ham, cut into half inch cubes
6 c
chicken boullion cubes
1 small
onion chopped
3 medium
size potatoes, peeled & diced (i rinse mine twice until the water runs clear)
4 oz
frozen spinach
1 c
white frozen corn
2 or 3 dash(es)
garlic powder
3 or 4 dash(es)
dried celery flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

In a medium size saucepan pour in water. Add 6 chicken boullion cubes. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Of course you can add whatever vegetables you like. These are what I had on hand. I like a few croutons on mine, my husband likes (as he calls them) soda crackers. It turned out great. Enjoy!
