everyone who has ever grown tomatoes knows bout "all those green tomatoes after the first frost"... well this is a way to use them....TOMATO SOUP with a twist....

Ingredients For green tomato soup

1 canveggie stock
-
several green tomatoes
-
1stock can full of milk
-
salt and fresh ground pepper... to taste
How To Make green tomato soup

1pour stock into pan.... add quartered small to med size green tomatoes...keep adding tomatoes til pan full and tomatoes all are under the stock..... cook 15-20 minutes than strain the tomatoes into smaller pan add stock can of milk heat til hot but do not boil.... add salt and pepper to taste.... when i seve this i used green onion[both green and white parts]
