Ingredients For grandma delleplain corn chowder.

  • 1/4 lb
    salt pork ( or you can use chopped bacon )
  • 1
    onion diced
  • 3 c
    diced boiled potatoes
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 c
    corn cooked fresh or canned
  • 4 c
    hot milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • chopped parsley

How To Make grandma delleplain corn chowder.

    Cut pork into small pieces, add onions and cook until tender.

    Add potatoes, boilong water, corn and hot milk. Season with salt and pepper and heat to boiling, serve with parsley on top.
