Ingredients

1 can(s)
ea green beans, corn and peas with liquid
2 can(s)
vegetable, chicken and/or beef broth
1/2
onion, chopped
1 large
russet potato cut into chunks
2 large
carrots, chopped
2
bay leaves
l large
can of italian tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Open cans of veggies and dump into large pot. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, onion,potato and carrots. Squish Italian tomatoes with your hand and add to pot. Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer. Serve with crusty bread.
