Ingredients For easy lowfat vegetable soup

1yellow onion, diced

2 canwhite shoe peg corn, don't substitute

2 canprogresso minestrone soup

1 lgcan of small diced veg all mixed vegetables

2 canblack beans, rinsed

1 canchopped green chiles
-
2 boxlarge boxes of swanson chicken broth

2 canlarge cans of white chicken meat (make sure it is white meant)

3 pkgwilliams white chile mix or mccormick if you can't find williams

1 canpetite diced tomatoes
How To Make easy lowfat vegetable soup

1Dice onion and sauté it in small about of cooking oil. Use pot soup will be made in.

2Add Chicken broth boxes, 2 cans corn, 2 cans Progresso Minestrone, 1 can Veg All, 2 rinsed cans of black beans, and the can of petite diced tomatoes and green chiles. Do not drain any of the cans, except for rinsing the black beans.

3Add 3 packages of white chili mix. Bring to boil and simmer for 1/2 hour. Even better the second day.
