Cabbage & Potatoes Soup With A Kick

- 1 large
- or extra large head of cabbage, chopped and quartered
- 8 large
- russet potatoes,peeled and quartered
- 2 pinch
- red hot pepper flakes ( optional )
- 1/2 Tbsp
- garlic salt or powder
- enough water to cover the cabbage and potatoes
1Place all ingredient's in a large Dutch pot or crockpot and cook on low for about 3-4 hours. Stirring occasionaly until cabbage is tender and potatoes.And for the stove cook for about 1 hour.
