Ingredients

2/3 c
butter
2/3 c
flour
7 c
milk
4 large
baked potatoes, cooked, cubed
1 1/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
12
strips bacon, cooked, crumbled
salt and pepper
1 c
sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in soup pot. Stir in flour until crumbly. Add milk, stirring constantly. Simmer 10 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients, stirring until cheese is melted. At this time, you can transfer soup to a crock pot to keep warm and serve.
