Ingredients For turkey chowder

1/2 cchopped onion

1/2 capple juice, unsweetened

1 czucchini, sliced

1 ccarrots, chopped

2potatoes, peeled and cubed

5 cturkey or chicken broth

1 tspdried thyme

1/4 tspground black pepper

1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbspflour

2 Tbspbutter

1 csliced celery

3 cturkey, cooked and chopped
How To Make turkey chowder

1Saute the onion and celery in the margarine.

2Add the flour, salt, pepper and thyme.

3Gradually add the broth.

4Add the potatoes and carrots.

5Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

6Add the zucchini, apple juice, and turkey.

7Continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
