|2 tsp||minced garlic in olive oil|
|2||14 oz cans lower-sodium chicken broth|
|2||14 oz cans italian-style stewed tomatoes|
|2 c||fresh baby spinach leaves|

DirectionsSpray a lg skillet w/ olive oil cooking spary. Place skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage, onion and garlic till fully cooked.Add mix to a 6-quart slow-cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except spinach. Cover, cook on high for 2 hrs. Add spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
