Easy healthy winter soup
This is a very healthy soup. Great for the winter.

- 1 lb
- ground turkey sausage
- chopped onion
- 2 tsp
- minced garlic in olive oil
- 14 oz cans lower-sodium chicken broth
- 14 oz cans italian-style stewed tomatoes
- 2 c
- fresh baby spinach leaves
1Spray a lg skillet w/ olive oil cooking spary. Place skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage, onion and garlic till fully cooked.
2Add mix to a 6-quart slow-cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except spinach. Cover, cook on high for 2 hrs. Add spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
