Ingredients

squash
1 qt
milk
salt and pepper
dash(es)
nutmeg
butter, size of a walnut
flour

Step-By-Step

1Boil squash in milk, about 20 minutes. Strain well. Season with a dash of nutmeg, salt and pepper. Blend butter and a little flour together and add to the squash to thicken. Serve.
