This is my favorite way to use leftover mashed potatoes. I fix this for lunch with a BLT. Yummy!

Ingredients

2 c
prepared mashed potatoes (i use leftovers)
1 1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
parsley
1/2 tsp
white pepper

Step-By-Step

1In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

2Simmer on medium high for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
