This is such a feel good soup. My family loves it on a cold day. They also love it on a hot day! It is very easy to make.

Ingredients For cheesey potatoe soup

  • 5 lg
    potatoes
  • 1 c
    chopped carrots
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 sm
    velvetta cheese

How To Make cheesey potatoe soup

  • 1
    Cover vegetables with water in large pot. Cook until potatoes are soft enough to separate with a fork but not mushy. Mix flour with milk and pour into soup mixture then add cut up Velveeta cheese. Continue to stir until cheese is melted then serve. Very yummy!
