I think slow cookers or crockpots are one of the best things every invented for the kitchen. To come home after a long day at work and have dinner ready is a blessing.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
beef flank steak
1 medium
onion,chopped
1 Tbsp
olive oil
5 pkg
carrots, thinly sliced
4 c
cabbage, shredded
4 medium
red potatoes, diced
2
celery ribs, diced
2 can(s)
(14 1/2 oz) each diced tomatoes,undrained
2 can(s)
(14 1/2 oz) each beef broth
1 can(s)
(10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup,undiluted
1 Tbsp
sugar
2 sheet(s)
italian seasoning
1 tsp
dried parsley flakes

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet, brown steak and onion in oil; drain. Transfer to a 5 quart slow cooker. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until meat is tender. Serves 8
