- inch piece stick cinnamon
- 1 c
- wine, homemade or blackberry
- 1/4 c
- plus 1 tablespoon, tapicoa (not instant)
Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add whole tapioca and cinnamon. Boil until tapioca is clear. Might need to add more water during cooking, takes about 30 minutes.
Add wine. Heat through, but do not boil. May need to add more wine or water if it gets too thick.
Add sugar to taste. If a tart wine is used, more sugar is needed. Taste as you cook. Serve "Mit Brot" (serve with bread)
