Pork and Roasted Vegtable Stew

Cut pork in small cubes.
In a small bag add flour and garlic salt, paprika, salt, and pepper, add meat cubes and coat well.
Put garlic in ram akin and put in 325 degree oven to roast. Cut up the two squashes, carrots, and the green beans put on flat pan add to oven to roast.
I a sauté pan add olive oil onion and celery sauté till soft, remove from pan set aside,
Shake off excess flour add meat to sauté pan and brown on all sides.
Remove from pan set aside. Deglaze pan with wine.
In slow cooker add chicken broth, onion, celery, meat, and wine.
Remove roasted vegetable's from oven sprinkle with parmesan cheese add to slow cooker.
Make Grandmas Home Made Noodles and let dry.
About 30 minutes before stew is done boil 1/2 noodles till done drain and add to slow cooker,
