This is an introduction to the amazingly tasty Okra.

Here I point out many of the uses of Okra. What Okra brings to most dishes is a thick richness that can't be done with corn starch or similar techniques. It brings a lot of unique flavor to the party.

Okra can be added to almost any dish to bring that dish to a different level. Add Okra to my Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Jambalaya or even a stir fry.

You can get Okra fresh, frozen whole or sliced. Okra needs to be simmered down before adding. The only exception would be fried.
