1 1/2 cgrated cheddar cheese

1/2 cbutter

5 pinchsalt and pepper
How To Make cheesy potato soup (crock pot)

1Melt butter in a crock pot.

2Add remaining ingredients (except cheese, salt and pepper)

3Cook on high 3-4 hours.

4Add 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper before serving. Use remaining cheese to top.
