This is one of my favorite lunch meals. I got this recipe from my Mother-in-law Janice Williams.

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 lb
frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) can(s)
diced tomatoes
2 1/2 c
chicken broth
5 oz
velveeta, cubed

Directions Step-By-Step

Place broccoli, broth and tomatoes in a large pot.

Bring to a boil. Then lower heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

Put into a blender and puree. Return to pot.

Add the cheese. Le tit melt stirring often.
